- Air Shipment Cutoff: 2pm EST Monday - Friday for Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day orders.
- After 2pm EST (Monday-Friday) your order will ship the following day.
- Shipping Time: Next Day (1 Day), 2nd Day (2 Days), 3rd Day (3 Days) and Ground (4-7 Days or more based on product).

Return Policy

Our 14-day return policy starts from the date of receipt to request a return for your eligible item.
To return an item, your item must be new, in it’s original packaging, re-sellable and not one of our excluded items below.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items such as custom assembled products, medical and special order items are non returnable as the manufacturer will not take them back once purchased. Please email us with any questions regarding your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Once your return has been authorized, we’ll instruct you to make your new purchase for the fastest fulfillment.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll process your refund or notify you to make your exchange purchase. If refunded, your original payment method will be credited. This may take up to 10 days. Please allow your bank time to process the credit as well. If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please notify us.
Custom Assemblies
- Most of our items are in stock, however some items are custom made and may require additional time before shipping.
- Know that when we receive your order our goal is to get it from our door to yours as quickly as possible.
- Images are for reference only - Some items may contain various cells, connectors and materials made specifically for your device.
Back Orders
- All orders that cannot be fulfilled immediately are automatically back ordered and will ship when available.
- Back orders that cannot be fulfilled within 30 days are credited automatically.
Holiday Schedule
- New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
- Shipping and assembly departments may close for an extended period of time around Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
