Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note:
- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotions.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Shipping Restrictions
- Some products may only be shipped via ground transportation.
- We currently ship only within the continental United States.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories
- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (for restricted items)
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected
- Destination address
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Delays & Delivery Issues
While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Federal Holidays (UPS, Fed Ex USPS & DHL do not ship on thhese days)
Battery2Batteries.com is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the package and contents
We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
- We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
